Founded over two decades ago, the firm has grown alongside the businesses it serves - from first-generation entrepreneurs and family-run enterprises to listed corporates and venture-backed startups.
Today the practice spans tax, audit, assurance, virtual CFO, FEMA, valuation and transaction advisory - delivered by a multi-disciplinary team of chartered accountants, lawyers and finance professionals.

Specialisation: Capital Markets and Corporate Finance
He is founder of Laxmikant Kabra & Co LLP. He is a Commerce Graduate and Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 1997. He has formidable experience of over 2 decades in Capital market.
He has immense knowledge in field of Equity and Private Equity. He has handled multiple assignments of fund raising through IPO/ FPO, Business restructuring and transformation, Competition Analysis, Market study and Financial Analysis. He has carried out multiple forensic audit and investigations with various government agencies. He is also serving as Independent/ Non-Independent/ Non-Executive Director in multiple listed and public companies.
CA Siddhant Kabra
Qualification: FCA, DISA, CFE (USA), B. Com
Experience: 7 years
Specialisation: Audit, Due Diligence and Assessments
He is a Chartered Accountant and a vital member of our firm. He holds membership in the Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (CFE USA), along with a Diploma in Information Systems Audit (DISA).
His primary focus areas encompass Audit, GST Law, and Due Diligence. Adeptly spearheading our Audit department, he brings invaluable experience in handling diverse assignments, ranging from conducting Statutory Audits for Listed Companies to managing the Consolidation of Financial Statements and facilitating the conversion of Financial Statements from Indian GAAP to Ind AS. His leadership and proficiency play a vital role in enhancing our firm's audit capabilities and delivering exceptional client service.
CA Sushmita Shete
Qualification: ACA, LLB, B. Com
Experience: 3 years
Specialisation: Tax and Legal Compliance
She is a Commerce graduate (B.Com) and Law graduate (LLB), and is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
She is a highly qualified and experienced professional with a robust background in audit, tax, and legal services. Her diverse experience across various industries and her expertise in both audit and legal matters make her a valuable asset to any organization, with a strong foundation in accounting and law, she is well-equipped to handle complex financial and legal challenges.
CA Alok Kabra
Qualification: FCA, B. Com
Experience: 12 years
Specialisation: Virtual CFO service
He heads the Virtual CFO Services vertical. He works closely with clients to deliver end-to-end financial leadership, including strategic planning, financial controls, budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and advisory support.
His role ensures that financial data is accurately recorded, analyzed, and presented for informed decision-making. In addition to his accounting responsibilities, he plays a crucial role in the firm's due diligence processes, particularly in matters related to fund-raising. His thorough analysis and financial assessments help facilitate investment decisions and ensure compliance with regulatory and financial standards. With a strong background in accounting and finance, he brings valuable insights and strategic financial management skills to the firm, contributing to its growth and success.
